Need ID of Markings on WWI German Bayonet

I bought this bayonet last week. Labeled as a "WWI GERMAN BAYONET". However, the maker is WEYERSBERG KIRSCHBAUM & CO. What I would like to know is what are the markings on the other side of the blade? Appeatrs to be a SHIELD with a STAR and a mark that looks like the TOKYO Arsenal on it. Can anybody explain what they are? Thanks in advance, CHUCK

    bayonet

The bayonet is not German. It is a Chilean Model 1895 made for their Mauser rifle. It was made by WKC and the shield with star is the national crest of Chile. I never knew what the other emblem represented and maybe someone else will know.

The blade was made by Krupp hence the 3 ring emblem.
