There's a Militär-Flugzeugführerabzeichen, komplett im Verleihungsetui marked one way on the award, and the other way on the case.

There's also a Militär-Flugzeugbeobachterabzeichen, komplett im Verleihungsetui that might be the same way, but it's hard to read the maker mark on the piece.

Just FYI. If the cases are original to the award, then... ?? hmmm.....
