Unmarked Godet EK1 with Fangs/Hooks? Opinions Wanted

I stumbled onto what appears to be an unmarked Godet EK1 with Fangs/Hooks this past Friday, at the Des Moines, Iowa military show.

I've looked at this excellent thread link and it appears to match up with known Godet EK1 cores, the pin, wide catch, and the hooks: http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...odet+ek1+fangs

I'm puzzled that the pin is not marked.

The core retains about 100% of the dark finish with only some light surface rust in the crown area, and the silver frame has not been cleaned. At some time in its past life, someone was kind of rough on the pin and the catch.

I look forward to comments on this piece. Thanks everyone!

    All the Best,

    Alan

It may be interesting that this piece is flat...all the maker marked examples I've seen so far are vaulted-exept two unmarked pieces(including this one).Has anyone seen a mmed one?

Very nice. How often do you see unmarked examples?
