Neat Sachsen Iron cross 1st class and cased medal group

Just got this out of the woodwork today, nice 800 CD marked iron cross and a intresting medal thats cased from sachsen, ive never seen ths medal before, can i get some help on what its for?Is it for a lady since it has a bow? Thanks for any help i can get. I like the bottom of the box!
