Hey Mike I'm thinking maybe an Austrian. That might be an assualt troops badge. I'm very sure though that one of the other members will be a lot more accurate than I am. Hope that helps.

The crowned fire breathing dragon was the collar insignia of Austro-Hungarian machine gun troops.

Yours was in the Austrian forces.

Here is the version for Hungarian Honved troops. Enlisted men wore silver, officers gold for both types. These insignia were worn in mirrored pairs with the fire breathing facing forward.
