    Humburg Badge?

I picked this up with a few items and I have no idea what it is exactly. Any information and opinions about it would be appreciated.

I'm assuming it's imperial, so guide me if I'm wrong.

    It's a nice looking badge.

You have the answer on the reverse . The Deutsches Feld-Ehrenzeichen
was one amongst many awarded by the various Soldier Associatons after
WW1. The ones I've encountered have had a round double-folded pin. Some
of the other guys will probably chip in.

A very impressive-looking yet completely unofficial post-WW1 award. Like all other vet association badges, it was banned as of 1935.

Appears to be later manufacture if that is possible. Nice badge, I have one (like Peter said/described) along with the miniature version on a stick pin!

I thisnk I paid around $45.00 for mine with the stick pin (is the stick pin really rare or just not seen very often?)

I think, its more around 60 Dollar for the badge, 30 for the stickpin.

                  all the best,
                  Gerd
