Is this copy of real KuK Kriegsmarine badge or some fantasy piece?

I bought this badge long time ago. It was declared as KuK Kriegsmarine qualification badge. I am pretty sure that this piece is postwar production cause it´s fully casted but I want to know is this a copy of actual qualification badge or is it fantasy piece. Thank you in advance.
