I saw this Imperial bar at the Orders and Medals Society of America convention in Sacramento, California this past weekend. The owner had the original owner narrowed down to eight individuals (I have their names.). Can our people do better?

Flinzer or Klitsch would be my best guesses, based on age/ranks.
I'd toss out ALL those Reserve and the Landwehr guy as too old and improbable for recall as (E) officers. Likewise, the 1926 Reichsheer officer had too much time in for only a "12."
But this is an "everybody else CAN be excluded list of "left overs."
