Hello,

in my opinion, it's a scan, printed on old paper. A good, modern printer can pefectly do this job.

For example, the wax seal looks more a "photograph", than a real, 3-dimension one.

A picture of it can be "enttäuschend", but having the papers in hand would reveal the trick immediately.
