Iron Cross II Class - HELP

    Dear all,

I am wondering if anyone could tell me about these two crosses... Are they genuine? They are a bit different in size and state... I do not know anything about these, so any advice would be fantastic...

    Thank you!

    Mark

The larger with black & white ribbon is 4.3 cm wide
The smaller with red, white and black ribbon is 4.1 cm wide

Both good, the last one is a classic KO and marked as such. I cannot see a marking on the 1st but I like it more. Certainly both original.

            Thanks Jesse!

I assume that KO is a maker mark?

Also, the smaller one has an odd ribbon... that is not an original that came with it, is it?

Lastly, I don't think that there are any maker marks on the smaller cross... but I am hardy experienced enough to know what to look for!

KO is indeed the maker mark, one of the most common on 1914 EKs. The "odd ribbon" is for the Hindenburg Cross.
