This photo is from a newspaper listing and is not very good (stinks really) and the awards are not mounted correctly, this is a Franco-Prussian era bar, (the award on the far right is the FP War medal) can anyone identify the cross and the other award in the middle please?

Middle award on the medal bar might be a Bavarian civil merit medal - not too common!
