Found this EK bar. To me it looks good, and for me, is the ribbon the Non combatant ribbon? Correct me if i am wrong. All looks ok, but would like a few other opinions

James, it looks good, but not non com. This ebay seller is known to normally sell original items. Both awards look to be a little more worn than you might desire, the set up of this particular bar allows you to easily change the medals over if you so desired so they may not be original to the bar. Ask him for more pictures and post here to get opinions
Since his prices are normally quite high I suggest looking for something similar here on the e-stand, or on ebay.de.
