Well, it's a standard bearer's patch, but for whom I don't know. It's not from the imperial German army. Not sure who used the symbol on the flags. Perhaps a veteran's association or some political group. Maybe someone will recognize the flag. May first impression was that it looks like an Iraqi military symbol.
