Nice badge. I like these WWI wound badges. I've been able to find silver ones, gold ones, and silver cut-out versions on ebay, all in this price range. They're out there and they don't attract attention like the WWII stuff. Of course the time spent looking for them may offset the money you can save over buying from a dealer. But hey, looking is half the fun! (Well for me anyway)

Generally speaking, WWI wound badges were not maker marked.
