Unknown german Bracelet in case with iron cross & inscr. Help needed!

I bought this one a while ago. Does someone know why this bracelet was awarded? For wich purpose? Inscription is 'flandern 1915'

The inscription on the case is "Andenken an Feindesland" and the other inscription is "Flandern

1915" (In memory of hostile country - Flandern 1915)

hi , have never heard of these bracelets being award items . bracelets such as this were produced for purchase by troops and civilians . gifts for girlfriends / wife ect. this is a well made and decorated example .....pavel
