Looks to be an unmarked "HBG". --Nice find

You can compare it against those in our database.---

I would say unmarked Koch and Bergfelt? Check underneath the needle when you get it. The core has a Hansen look...

        Best regards,

          Thanks Michel

I tend to agree with you based on the images, I will advise when recieved re any markings. This is turning into a very fascinating purchase.

Take a closer look at the dates. Especially the 1s.
The 1 in 19 is different than the 1 in 14. That is common on the
HBG crosses and I do not see it in the K&G example.

              Hi Greg,

I see what you mean. It can be the core used in the HBG . But the back looks like a needle K&B also used and not like the HBG's in the database. Maybe you have one like this with a HBG mark in your files?

I'll check my files for a similar one as this.. I remember let's hope I saved it.

Anyway interesting find and I'll be happy to see some better pictures when it arrives!
              Best regards,
              Michel

                  Hi Michel

EK arrived today and its exactly as the EK pictured above, right down to the small oval baseplate for the hinge.

                  It is also unmarked.

                  Thanks for your help.
