    Who's this Bavarian General?

Can someone tell me who this is?

Curious... why wouldn't he have the general collar decides on a 1916 tunic?ImageUploadedByTapatalk1338225332.801911.jpg

Because the tunic is a litewka, from the looks of it, possibly of the specific Bavarian style (would have to get out the books to confirm).

I checked my references, but could not immediately identify your man. However, since he is both a PLM winner and a Militär Max Josef orden knight, I'm sure someone will be able to identify him.

The reason I ask about the tunic is that the 1916 bavarian boarder runs along the collar but not the 1916 Prussian style tabs Bavarian addopted. Its sort of a hybred.

I think it a Kleiner Rock and generals should have worn the silver prussian style laurish by this time.
Previous to 1916 I'm not sure if Bavarians wore a double breasted tunic. The non regulation were by officer's and generals is annoying to me.
