Tragic what happened to this ship and to many of her crew.

I hope others will post and continue to use this possibly as an Imperial Mützenbänder database.
I will contribute more to keep the thread alive. I had some very spirited bidding when I acquired some of these pieces. Certainly, there are several collectors out there.

Thanks for looking and I look forward to seeing your collections.

          Best Regards,
          JustinG

Very nice tallies! The "LUFTABWEHR DES MARINEKORPS" tally is an unofficial (private?) version of the "LUFTABWEHR MARINEKORPS".

Pretty rare, issued in June 1918!

              Keep going

              BR, Chris

Not small by any means. @Don D.
I am still on the lookout for a Luetzow, and a silver version of the Seydlitz. My S.M.S Seydlitz was likely removed from a photo album. The taly was cut and then tied/stitched at right angles to what I can assume could have been a frame or a photo? There is no presence of glue. I am only taking a guess. It has had several owners before me and no one had any explanation of what the rationale would have been. If you ever get bored or tired of these, please consider me. I would love to make an offer. . I only have a few ships remaining to complete the Fleet lineup for the Battle of Jutland.

                  Regards,
                  JustinG

Chris (Gensui) asked me to post this for you all. This is a great collection. I am envious. I am missing a few from my completing the Jutland collection.

                          Thanks for looking.

                          Best Regards,

                            Thanks for your support!

BTW, no reason to be enviously- it took me some years to build-up my Collection.
As for all collectors/fields- patience is the key...

some eye candy before they go into the next collection

Good day fellow cap tally collectors,

due to down-sizing my collection I'm going to sell all my Imperial cap tallies. However, the majority of them are going to a collector I am friendly with and before sending the tallies off I have unpacked some of them today and shot a few pictures. For some of you maybe not a common view. These are nearly all the Flandern-related tallies, some more photos of other sections of my Imperial tally collection will follow over the next days.

                                Rgds
