That was my first thought too. Then I looked at the hardware - it lookes similar to the hardware on the recent "other states" repro EK1 equivalent examples.

Not for me!

The enamelling is cold acrylic enamel; a dead give-away.

You can tell by the slightly murky look (not 100% transparent) and the fact that there are shrink points and dips due to the enamel shrinking as it dries.
