EK2 Maker information

Hi Guys

I have a very nice EK2 on original ribbon, the ring is clearly stamped Z which according to my research was Zeich of Berlin. I have not seen other examples or heard mention of this manufacturer which is on my list. Does anyone out there have one or did they just make one - mine ?

I would like to have uploaded an image to show but the instructions and my screen options seem to be at odds with each other so I will forgo the privilage for now.

I think without photos there's not much we can say about your specific cross.

You can post photos in one of two ways: Pay $25 to become an "Association Member" or post them up to a hosting site like photobucket and paste them in here.

I've never heard of "Zeich", but know "Ziech".

No idea if he made the crosses marked "Z", which aren't to uncommon.

Thanks for your reply, my EK1 and EK2 manufacturers lists come from Kaisersbunker.com You may be right, since there is no reason why they could not have made a spelling mistake like anyone else, they also added the word "possibly" Zeich for the Z mark so uncertainty exists.
