Award help needed please

Sometimes I buy things on impulse that I do not really need or want and this is one of these items.However,now I have it I would like if possible to find out a little about it. I believe the medal is an Austrian Legion of Honour Medal but cannot find anything about the award criteria for the medal-Can anyone help please?
Also, I know that one of the other documents is for a Flanders Cross but can anyone confirm the exact medal that goes with the Bulgarian award certificate
