This is also a key element. I was wondering about the ribbon because I had no idea if this one was just close or right. And I see what you mean now it was simply red and white, close, but not right. Now mix that with the hardware and you've got a very nice what appears to be put together medal bar. Nothing wrong with it if you're happy with period medals on what is 'close' to right in combination. My opinion...

I can only see a big mistake: the Militärverdienstkreuz III Klasse m.d. Kriegsdekoration should be before the Silberne Tapferkeitsmedaille f. Offiziere.

Are you sure? The place of the MVK should be before the Silberne Tapferkeitsmedaille I Klasse.

Do you have a regulation that would indicate the precedence of the TM?

I'm sorry, I don't have the regulations for that, but I'm sure, the "Tapferkeitsmedaille für Offiziere" ist mounted in the correct manner.
