    Is this some kind of proto-Kampfschwimmer?

    I need help with these 2 pics. They are dated 1916 so I decided to put them here in the Imperial militaria table. I wonder if they show some kind of ww1 proto-Kampfschwimmer.

    And here are back sides with some text which I can´t decipher:

    "Rummelsburger See"

    Rummelsburg is a town in the near from Berlin!

    and

    "Car Park (place to park)
    for snow bridge construction"

    may be the writer is wrong and to mean "fast bridge construction", I think so. In german it is:

    Schnell = fast
    Schnee = snow

    I hope you can understand what I to mean.

    All the best,

    Mike

      It could be a swimm suit used by pioneers to cross a river to help with bridge construction.

      Just a guess.

        Thank you for your help.

        Maybe it really is some kind of suit used for work in river in harsh winter conditions.
