Looks to be made in gold with white enamel both sides..Blue ribbon.

I just did a quick check on Dave's site and I need to amend my first opinion.
It looks to be the Knight's cross 1st class. I do not have any more info than that. Maybe Dave or the Ricks can be of more help.

It's a Knight 1st class of the Friedrichs Orden. The Knight 2nd class had silver pebbled arms.
