I was curious about this one. Looks like the 1914 is off center. Has it been repainted in anyone's opinion? Took a bunch of random shots. Is it missing a rear pin or some kind of attachment?

Hi Tim,
Finding an off-centered core (this one looks like an earlier cast-iron core as well) is not unusual.
Re the reverse, this mounted EK2 has been removed from a larger medal-bar commonly thought of as a "tabby", as the individual medal backing plates have "tabs" that slot through the full medal bar backing plate and are folded down to lock the individually mounted medals into place.
