EK doc with General 'Sutterlin' Signature-help!

Could some of the German members please help with the reading of the general's signature on this EKII doc?

I get S. Zeimemann, but cannot find a 1918 reference for the name or the 21 Landwehr divisional commander.

I would appreciate any help.

It is Generalmajor Friedrich SPENNEMANN. Born in 1860 I guess.
