Prussian veterans FF pin, wound badge and other unknown

Recieved this with some TR items,
The wound badge has or had a strange pin setup?
The FF prussian veterans pin, is that for Front fighting??
Just guessing on that one.
And the 100 year Commerative round medal, couldn't
find one like it, Is it for sports of some sort as it looks like
they are passing a baton?

I think the "FF" pin is from the Turnverein, the German, later international athletic movement.

The medal is for a relay run to commemorate the opening of a war memorial.
