EK2 ribbon widths question

I recently noticed that the ribbon used for my single mounted non-combatant Godet EK2 is narrower than the ribbons attached to my combatant EK2s. The former measures approx. 25mm as opposed to approx. 30mm for the latter. Is the smaller ribbon size common for mounted EK2s? Thanks for your feedback.

Yes, it is. In fact the narrower ribbons were made for this purpose (and ribbon bars).
