'Service Awards' - Fire & ?

Where I'm not really into Imperial these have been sitting in a box collecting dust since the day they came in with some other stuff. Thought I might find out what they are and am hoping for assistance.

Found reference to the 25 year service medal - for those members of a volunteer fire service who have rendered twenty-five years. It's ribbon is faded but was once blue stripped.

The other two I've not a clue. the central shield of both appear similar but beyond that I'm grabbing at straws

If anyone is into civil awards I would appreciate knowing what these are before I try to find them a new home.

The left two pieces are from some war veteran's organisation perhaps. Bavarian, as the fire brigade medal. White and blue are bavarian colors, and white-blue checkered shield is bavarian coat of arms. Veteran's cross is probably pre-ww1. I'm not sure if the ribbon and cross go together or they are two different veteran's peices, on the ribbon is the name of local veteran organisation, but I can't really read them (name of two bavarian towns, perhaps).

Best I could make out on the small ribbon was "Weilheim und Umgebung"
