Picked this bar up at a flömarkt I attend regularly. The guy I got it from knows Im not actively collecting bars anymore, asked me if I could sell it for him but I find this bar attractive and may or may not keep it for myself. Im wondering what the 4th place medal is? Is it Hungarian? Any help is much appreciated

It is Ferdinand I. silver medal for merit on war-time ribbon. It is written there: "Ferdinand I. Bulgarian Tsar" on obverse and For Merit (Za zaslugy) on the reverse.
Last medal in row is Bulgarian too: it is 1915-1918 war-participant medal. Fifth is well known Hungarian 14-18 w-p medal.

The Silver Medal of Merit was an award for general merit for lower ranking officials, workers, soldiers and the like who wouldn't get an order. This one is not on the statute ribbon (dark red), but on the ribbon of the Military Order "For Bravery", which served as a war ribbon. So this would likely be for military merit to an NCO serving on a Bulgarian staff or in a support position.
Looking quickly at my reference for Bulgarian awards to Württembergers, I see four Unteroffiziere and one Sergeant who received this grade. I expect that similar ranks would apply for Prussians, Bavarians, Saxons, etc.
