ribbon bar help

I am posting this for a friend.

He is hoping to identify the 2nd ribbon from the left. It looks like
a non-com Ek2 but I don't see there being 2 Ek ribbons on a bar.
My guess was a really faded Bavarian ribbon

Any thoughts?

I had thought of that also. Given the condition of the bar, the
Wurttemburg medal seems to be a better choice than the
MVO. Plus the the MVO would have to be one without swords.
I think that the Wurt combat medal makes more sense here.

The person who owns this bar is (was) convinced it was a noncom Ek2.
I argued until I was blue in the face that it couldn't be.
