I must be getting cheap and stingy in my old age. I get upset when I
see $150 on ebay. Actually I refuse to pay more than $75 of a common
Ek2. Now I see one listed for over $300

It's listed at $322, but he has a "buy-it-now" price of 50% off the list price. You still wouldn't want to jump at that bargain price of $161? If you're cheap then I am even cheaper as the most I would pay for a 1914 EK2 is $60.

Safe to say that this one is indeed overpriced, imo. Looks like an MFH in worn condition. It does come with a good length of ribbon and I really like the crossed sabres pin with the attached mini-Cologne Cathedral medal. But I'd never shell out anywhere near the amount being asked.

Thing with EK2s is the market has plenty of them.. It´s not that it´s 35€, but everyone more experienced who has found the way to your store is rather looking for real premium militaria rather than the "cheap" stuff you can get on ebay as well.. I´d rather concentrate on superb condition/rare EK1s as they are the thing that always sell.. Or EK2s in superb condition (mint).
