Strange medalbar... for me.

Hi for All!
What's wrong with this medalbar?
Five hooks on the backside but only four medals.
EK on the wrong place or there must be another medal?

1). 1870/1871 medal
2). Kaiser Whilhelm I medal
3). ?????
4). Prussian Unteroffiziere Schnalle for 15 years???

Need opinions !!!

Looks like this bar was enhanced by the owner himself. The original bar had maybe only the KDM and the centenary-medal and later was the Iron Cross and the Long-Service added.
