1914 Cross

Hello. This is my first post as I only collect US stuff. I had to pick a 1914 Iron Cross for a display I am making. I was hoping you tell me if this looks ok? There is a makers mark on the ring. It kind of looks like a WO or MO? I could be wrong. Thank you very much for your help!
