Dear Imperialoids,
I am showing you this bar I found on a German Dealer's website. It looks very good with his ribbon bar to be sewn directly on the uniform (I have seen it in person in Illingen). My only question: is it not quite a strange combination of medals? Could have been the wearer of this bar a Bavarian (or Badener) NCO who went on in WWI and became officer later and received the OLZ 2nd class with swords? Interesting also the Schaumburg-Lippe cross "für treue Dienste"...
Any comments are most welcomed and appreciated.
Ciao,
Claudio
