    This is a fairly common mark.They're well made with fairly good detail but rather light. Here's one cased.

            Reverse. I thought the ribbon was interesting too, with (seemingly) wider white stripes than usual.

              Hi George,

              As Tom points out "K.A.G." is a fairly common, but as yet unidentified maker. I think they are quite nice examples.

              I've attached below some images of one from my collection for comparison purposes.

                Here is the reverse, the core details aren't showing as well as I'd hoped with this scan but it appears very similar to George's example.
