    1930s replacement piece?

    Gents,
    Had dinner with my good friend Tony Colson the other night - what a gentleman! And he has such great knowledge of Imperial Militaria - really got me started. Anyway, here is an EK1 I am looking at from Gailen David. Is it a 30s replacement?

      --Seems to be a Nazi pattened cross, if it is good at all. It looks to be badly executed in the frame department, not a uniform width all around and with bad cuts.
      --I'd wait for a good period silver piece, either way.
