What's missing? EK2 and a Kyfhauser, Saxon stuff?

    Looks like:

    1. Albert Cross with Swords
    2. Honor Cross with Swords
    3. Silver Friedrich August Medal
    4. Iron Cross 2nd Class
    5. vet medal
    6. vet medal
    7. vet medal
    8. Albert Cross without Swords (doesn't look like the right number of stripes for the Saxon DA)
    9. not sure. Does the ribbon match the 1905 Jubilee?

On the last two: there ought to be a long service, given the Albert Cross and Honor Cross, so maybe the DA is correct and the ribbon was a "close enough" (although if the tailor had the ribbon for the Honor Cross, that would actually be a closer match). For the Bavarian Jubilee, I'm not sure why a Saxon NCO would get one. If he was in IR 102 in 1905, he might have gotten it, but I don't know why an NCO would get it with the crown.

If you got this for the price asked, it was the bargain of the year. The Bavarian medal alone was worth the price of the whole thing.

Great NCO bar! I think Dave hit it... Albrechtskreuz mit Schwertern, Ehrenkreuz mit Schwertern, KyffhÀusermedaille...

Neither sure about the Prinzeregt-Luitold-Medaille with crown. But who would replace such a treasure to such an half-empty bar?

The long service award is probably right there, as this bar would look pretty odd without one.

An Ehrenkreuz mit Schwertern came with the bar but was loose so I didn't include it in the scan.

Turned out great. What kind of scanner do you guys use to get these great pics of medal bars?

Very well done! A beautiful bar got back its old glory! May I ask you how do you (if at all) reattached the plain ribbon that holds Luitpold medal on the bar, that was loose at the beginning? Or you just pushed the medal up, no reattaching?

So, I'm still wondering why the seller gave this thing away?Temporary insanity, I guess.
