New ribbon bar - help requested

    Gents,
I've recently acquired this ribon bar, and would much appreciate your help in identifying hte last three ribbons. Any help you can give is much appreciated. If it would be possible to identify the career of the recipient that would be great, if someone could in fact identify the recipient that, of course, would be excellent.
    Regards,
    Sandro

The last two may be Hansa crosses for Hamburg and Lubeck. The other may be a peacetime Hessen General Honor award.

I think they are for the 3 hansa crosses.

Edit: to late and i was wrong anyway, only 2 hansa crosses.

Hello there. The last ribbon to the right is the Hanseatic Cross of Lubeck, the next to the left is the Hanseatic Cross of Hamburg.

I agree on Hamburg and Lübeck crosses, but why a peace time Hessen medal? Way more likely is a WW1 era Hassian bravery medal, as I see an officer's bar here, and the Hessen medals were not for officers until the WW1 bravery medal was insituted.

Nice bar! But I'm not sure if it's enough for an identification...

            My bet:
EK2, RAO4, KO3, DA, SWA (maybe steel), 1897 medal, BMV4XKr, HT, HH, LüH

You could be correct. I took the 2d ribbon to be Hessian as well but it could be a dirty RAO.

Yes, then 2nd ribbon is definitely a RAO4!

Many thanks, Sasha and Don, very helpful. Don, the second ribbon is definitely for RAO. I've been wondering about RAO4 or RAO3, but based on what little I know about Prussian award practices, RAO4 and KO3 would definitely make sense (sorry, I'm basically a uniforms guy .....).

A Prussian officer of this era would with a chance of at least(!) 99,5% have gotten a RAO4 before his RAO3, and thus would have gotten a RAO3S.

The bow on RAO3 as the oaks on RAOGK, RAO1, RAO2 and the stars do have no other meaning but to show the wearer was Prussian (native or in Prussian service) and held all lower gardes before. As soon as a class was omitted, e.g. the 3rd, the higher grades would no longer be worn with oaks (or bow).

I see no bow nor traces of a bow here, and the combination is just fine for someone who has RAO4 with KO3.

Still nice! You will not often find a ribbon bar with a RAO3S. And I'll keep mine, however.

Thank you Sasha, that is really helpful. And believe me, I know how hard it is to find a medalbar with a RAO3S (I've been looking for a particular naval specimen for quite same time now ), so I can fully understand that you want to hold on to the ribbonbar with RAO3S you have.
