Those oaks are for the golden or silver honor medal the of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen Honor Cross, I think!

Or the Order... I don't know if there was any difference in the devices from grade to grade.

According to Nimmergut both the silver and gold grades got the golden oaks.

The thing is, this has a neck order assembly on the reverse--so it is more than likely for the Honor Cross 1st Class!!!
