strange war-merit-cross miniature

Hi gents,

i have a miniature of a war merit cross, that differs a bit from the standard-version. It has written "Für Kriegshilfs VER dienst" instead of "Für Kriegshilfsdienst". My question is, has someone ever seen a normal-sized war merit cross with this inscription?

This is the 3rd imperial mini with a mistake. I have a Landwehr DA with wrong inscription and Frank Bartel has a wrong Kyffhäuser medal.

one has the normal front, treue Dienste Reserve Landwehr, the other one has the career NCO inscription treue Dienste bei der Fahne.
