Unknown Imperial Stick Pins, one dated 1873. Help?

Picked these up in a large mostly-us insignia collection.

The one with 25 year attachments seems to be for an army band member of some sort. Looks pre-ww1, but I am not sure.

The other one has the date 1873 on it and the rest is mystery to me.

Can anyone ID these?

These are both choir association stickpins for long service.
