What kind of doc is this one?

Hi, can someone tell me what this document was used for?
I tried to translate it using an online translator but the results were inconclusive, it seem that is some thankful letter for a fallen soldier?
signed by the war minister. Whose name I cant decipher.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

It's a document to memorialize a fallen soldier, so it was sent to next of kin. A nice example because it's fairly early.

The signature (name of the Prussian Kriegsminister) is "Wild von Hohenborn. His first name is

        Adolf. He was Kriegsminister from 20.1.1915 - 29. 10.1916.

1914/15, but Im not sure it really belongs to it, sadly the the other document was not in there. Let me scan it and post it to see if it is of any interest to your eyes. Thanks again.

The inside, the opposite page is the same, within the flaps were the doc, prints and a nice photo of reichskanzler v Bethmann Hollweg.

Usually that doc was framed and hung in the living room or so, so most propably it is not in your folder.
