exclusively eastern front?

I have about 7-8 of this print variation, and all are to units on the eastern front.
Is there anyone else who has one that may NOT be on the eastern front?

has it got any tiny little local printer's info on an edge?

I don't recall ever seeing this specific example, but I've noted a few "generic" forms that had a printer's name and city and sometimes contract info in tiny letters someplace unobtrusive.

The examples that come to hand are all from my III. Bay. Armeekorps 1914 EK 2s-- which are, strangely enough ALL my Bavarian officers' groups (hunted to extinction there by Jeff Floyd in the early '80s, hmmmm)--

made by "Spezialfabrik für Militärformulare Gebr. Saupe, Metz." obviously on Corps contract, since that information is printed, but not the name of the commanding General, who hand signed.
