Nice Combat photo with artillery explosion in background

Recently got this and first thought it to be WWII, but upon closer examination of the helmets and caps, I relised they are M-16's and Pillbox caps and knew that this was WWI.

Rick, Neat photos! The 2 at top graphically illustrate what it means to be "hunkered down". Actual WWI combat photos seem to be fairly rare, so thanks for sharing them with us.
