Imperial German Navy Silver Dish? Prince Heinrich of Prussia

I picked this up today figured id post, i curious if this was owned by Prince Heinrich of Prussia the kings younger brother who was commander of the navy any help i can get would be great.

I would guess it could have been, but I would think that if it was Prinz Heinrich's it would have the Prussian royal crown, not the German imperial crown, and it would only have the letter "H".

Doubtful, as the Germans would not use that abbreviation to denote a royal prince.
