1870 EK 2 need help please

Hi all,

I just got this damaged 1870 EK and wanted to have it checked up by the experts.
At first I wanted to know if it is the real deal ? I do thin so as I found it in an estate. The frame is open at the top but otherwise it looks nicely worn.
The second question is what I may get for it in this condition. Iam mostly into ww2 stuff so this is not my field.
Also any ideas who the maker is on this one ?
