Unknown 1814-1914 Bavarian Badge

Hello,
I picked this up over the weekend at a Market and I'm not sure if it is Military or just a Commemorative piece. It is 1 7/8 inches long and 1 1/8 inches wide near the middle plus the ribbon which is really faded

Not a military award. Looks like a cenntenial commemorative pin. Perhaps a 100 year celebration of the Bavarian crown or kingdom?

Just some thoughts.

I believe it is a piece made to be sold to commemorate the centennial of the founding of the Infantry Leib Regiment, which was raised in 1814.
