Can anyone please tell me if these are Imperial German Navy Badges?

John, those are both Kriegsmarine items. First one is the badge of the 'Kleinkampfmittel', or small battle units, such as mini subs. The second is the Navy Front Clasp. These were fashioned on board ships towards the end of the war. Both are rare items, and faked in huge quantities.
