There is a well known faker on ebay, who has listed this kind of cross in his auction offers sometimes. Since a few months a lot of these crosses appear in other forums, too.

The problem is, that the faked crosses have a really good quality. VtwinVince, do you have an original cross to compare it with this one?

It might be the pictures, but the shown cross looks a bit crude - and cast! Mine is die struck as it should be... please, compare!

I had one more in my today's update - if anyone still needs one.


The first cross shown here, I'm pretty sure, seems to be a recent fake. They are now faking almost anything. It's incredible.
